fried with honey and Ponti Fine Herbs
Wine Vinegar

4 SERVINGS INGREDIENTS:
n.16 Zero Olio® Pepper and Lemon Artichokes Ponti
60g White Flour
2 dl Ponti Fine Herbs Wine Vinegar
30g Honey
Deep frying oil

PREPARATION:
Coat the Zero Olio® Pepper and Lemon Artichokes with white flour and deep fry them in very hot oil.
Mix honey and Ponti Fine Herbs Wine Vinegar.
Serve the Zero Olio® Pepper and Lemon Artichokes with the flavoured honey sauce.
