Pasta salad with Zero Olio®
Grilled Champignon Mushrooms,
Ponti Peperlizia Kalamata Olives and basil

4 SERVINGS INGREDIENTS:
160g Any kind of Short Pasta
About 185g Zero Olio® Grilled Champignon Mushrooms – 1/2 jar
About 50g Olive Kalamata Peperlizia Ponti – 1/4 Jar
5g Basil
Salt
Pepper
Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Aceto Balsamico di Modena I.G.P. Ponti

PREPARATION:
Boil the pasta in salted water.
Drip the pasta and dress it when it's still warm, with the Ponti Peperlizia Kalamata Olives chopped, and with the Zero Olio® Grilled Champignon Mushrooms, the basil, peppere and extra virgin olive oil.
Serve with some drops of Aceto Balsamico di Modena I.G.P. Ponti.
